Looking Ahead to 2021

Last year presented challenges we all had to face head-on, but despite the hurdles that COVID-19 threw at us, we continued to deliver on our mission: build a better townhome Seattleites will love and call their own. In 2021, the Blue Fern will be growing even more with new townhomes in Shoreline, Lake City, and a few more we have in the works.

In 2020, we saw happy homecomings at Holly Townhomes in Hillman City (just sold out), 42nd Ave. in Othello, and 1st Ave. in Shoreline. A portion of every new home price leads to a donation to Food Lifeline. Food Lifeline help feed the 1 in 8 people in Western Washington that are struggling to find their next meal. We’re excited to continue to contribute to this cause in 2021.

With the new year comes new townhomes. Let’s see what we have in store for 2021:

Cromwell Crossing

As we closed out 2020 and our last townhome at Holly Townhomes, Cromwell Crossing is the only development where we have move-in ready units available - perfect for those wanting to start off the new year in a new townhome in Shoreline.

Meridian East and West

With a completion date in early 2021 Blue Fern is continuing into Shoreline with Meridian East and Meridian West.

Meridian West is a seven-unit project on Meridian Ave. that features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths all over 1,595 - 1619 square feet. Each plan has a two-car garage as well. 

Across the street, at Meridian East, we have 11 units available in late Sumer 2021. These townhomes also feature three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath units over 1,668 to 1,699 square feet. These units also feature two-car garages.
